I can hardly believe the mirror or the scale any more! I started Wegovy 10 months ago (February 2023) and have lost 75 pounds. I have not moved past 0.5mg due to consistent weight loss of about 1-2 pounds per week and zero side effects.

I have used wegovy for 5 months now and I’ve achieved great results. I was previously 81 kgs and now I’m at 70kgs aiming for 64kgs. This has been a journey for sure! I have lost 40 lbs over the last 10 months. It has been quickly, 5 lbs per month. Some GI side effects for the first 5 months that included heartburn, nausea, and mild constipation. Fatigue also noted but that improved over time.

I have been using Wegovy for 3 months now. In the first month i lost 6 pounds, in the second i lost 8 pounds and in the third month i lost 13 pounds. It is really easy to use. I also follow the diet they recommend and i do exercise for multiple times in a week. I have been using 1mg but before i used to use 0.5mg. I can't wait for more good results in the upcoming moth.

Weight comes off fast in the beginning but does slow down a lot after about a year. The bad side effects do go away eventually as your body adjusts. Also make sure you do resistance training, muscle loss does happen when losing weight this fast and it can make the last bit way slower.

You need to buy electrolytes and b12, and expect to be tired and cold and nauseous all the time once you hit max dose, but I am down 44 lbs so far in 7 months. It’s worth it as long as you are able to lose the weight and keep it off.

Since peri-menopause, I’ve struggled with gaining weight. I’ve always been able to keep my weight down in the past through will power and grit, but it’s not been the same post 45! Since being on Wegovy I’ve lost 35lbs. In 6 months. Obsessive thoughts about food and bottomless hunger has dried up! I need to be reminded to eat now- so weird. I highly recommend this medication, but of course talk to your doctor.

This medication has changed my life. Now I understand the difference between me and people who aren't fat. The change in not obsessing over food and being able to eat small amounts had been incredible. I've lost over 100 pounds over the last two years. I hope to never be without it again.

Weight loss takes time on Wegovy. It is a slow consistent weight loss. Stay hydrated with liquids and focus on protein when eating meals. Weight lifting will help to retain muscle mass and help body burn more fat.

Have been in wegovy for 6 months and have lost 30 pounds. I likely could’ve lost more but I’ve actually only been on the 0.25 and 0.5 dosage because I don’t want to lose weight too fast. 30 pounds on the two lowest doses is a huge win for me. Have had very minimal side effects compared to others.

I have been eating low carb and low calorie, also exercising for 30 minutes a day before the medication my weight was not moving anywhere but up. Now I am losing weight. I am also in the MOVE program with the VA. I have not had any bad side effects.

You will lose weight but don't expect it to be quick or every month. If you are having issues like I started to have call your doctor and see out solutions. If you begin to have too much digestive issues then stop.

Wegovy has absolutely changed my life. I have PCOS and am an emotional eater. I have battled my weight since childhood and had mostly given up. Wegovy not only helped me lose more weight than I ever have before but it also showed me how hard my body was making it for me to diet. I took Wegovy 0.25mg for one month before the back stock issues, so I don't have experience beyond this. I was extremely hopeful for the drug and in a month I lost about 5lbs which is AMAZING for me as someone that can't lose a pound to save my life. I will note the side effects are as you expect. Stomach aches and nausea, but it really decreased my hunger.
